The Challenge
An economic development organization serves several audiences at once: founders looking for resources, established businesses looking for connections, and partners looking for a way in. One homepage had to route all of them without burying any of them, and it had to read as credible to institutional partners as well as to a first-time founder.
The Solution
We organized the site around who the visitor is rather than around the organization chart, giving innovators and partners their own clearly marked paths from the first screen. Resources, programs and success stories each got a home that can grow as the programming does, and the whole thing runs on a stack the team can keep current without a developer.
